Noah Ukwela is a research scientist, writer, corporate trainer, occupational health and safety crusader, leadership specialist, organisational reformer, and corporate governance authority. He is finalising his thesis as a final year Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate in business administration at the Africa’s Premier Doctoral School, Nobel International Business School (NiBS) Accra, Ghana. He holds an MBA in general management from the prestigious Accra Business School (ABS), Ghana, and a BSc in hospitality and tourism management from the University of Education Winneba (UEW), Ghana. He also holds a Post-graduate certificate in strategic human resource management from the Graduate Training Institute, Ghana. As a research scientist, his area of investigation covers corporate governance practices, organisational leadership, business development and improvement, and strategic decision-making and implementation processes. Noah is a Fellow of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria (SCGN), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Nigeria, and a Certified Global HR Analyst (CGHRA). He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria (ACGPN), and a member of the Ghana Association of Writers (GAW), Accra, Ghana. He has a proven ability in value creation, an expert in drafting corporate policies, principles, and best practices that aim to contribute to the success of an institutional overall objective. He is a team player, believing in winning together. Noah is enthusiastic, reliable, responsible, adaptable to situational changes when necessary, able and willing to accept positive opinions of others, capable of correcting others diplomatically, self-motivated, and can motivate others for common goals. He started his professional career in 2015 in a commercial gold mining company in Ghana. Drawing from his close to nine years of experience in the extractive industry has given him significant insight into providing strategic business planning, excellent human capital training and development, succession planning, and outstanding administrative services. This experience, coupled with his remarkable academic achievements, he founded NobleArkman Resources Consult Limited, a professional service firm that covers all aspects of business operations including health and safety at work, writing, and publications to foster business growth, productivity, and profitability.
